Zinovations Cancellation and Credit Card Policy

At Zinovations, we strive to provide exceptional service and personalized care to every client. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we ask that you review our cancellation policy and credit card requirements below.

Cancellation Policy:

  • We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.

  • No-shows or cancellations made within 2 hours of the appointment will be charged the full service fee.

Credit Card on File:

  • To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file at the time of booking.

  • This information is securely stored and used solely for the purposes of confirming appointments, handling late cancellations, or no-shows.

  • Your card will not be charged unless there is a cancellation fee, no-show, or an outstanding balance.
