As an Aesthetician I am very very picky about quality of service. Michelle and Dr. Zinney are amazing. I had my first HydraFacial last week. She walked me through the process step by step and clearly communicated every individual process she was using. Michelle has done microneedling on me three times and this procedure changes the structure of your skin, minimizes pore size and gets rid of brown spots and evens out skin tone. I cannot compliment this office enough! The consult was thorough, efficient, and honest in addressing my facial concerns. I really appreciate Dr. Zinney’s perfectionism- after I was done he noticed a tiny asymmetry on my face and instead of deciding it was good enough, he took the time to go back and perfect it. Michelle is also absolutely amazing and made sure I felt at ease and comfortable throughout the entire process.
